How to change the status of a ticket

There are several ways to change a given ticket’s status.

1. From within the ticket list. Right-click the required ticket, select "Status" and then choose the required status from the list.


2. When viewing a ticket. Press Status in the right info panel and choose from the list as appropriate.

3. When replying to a ticket. In the "change status to" drop-down list click the status you require.

You can set the ticket status to "unread" if you so wish. To do this, right-click the ticket, and select "Mark as unread."

Chosen ticket will be marked as "NEW", and the new ticket counter near the corresponding channel will be updated.
