How to split a ticket into several ones

You can create a separate ticket from chosen messages and notes of the existing ticket, i.e. split the ticket.  

Open the required ticket, right-click on the information panel or ticket subject and choose "Split this ticket".



Select the required messages and notes that will be put in a separate ticket. You can choose them by one or choose several ones by clicking "Mark down from here". To select previous messages use Shift. Be wary that each ticket in Deskun must contain at least one email message. When you select all the requires messages, click "Split". 



The process will take some time, after that the new ticket will appear on the list. For your convenience, it will have a number #X-2, where #X is the original ticket number.
