How to move a ticket to a different channel

There are several ways to move a ticket from one channel to another one:

1. Through the context menu in the ticket list. Right-click the ticket, hover over "Move to" and then select a channel to move your ticket to.

2. Open a ticket; in the right info panel click Ticket #, "Move to" and select the channel you want.


3. You can also move several tickets at once. In the ticket list select the required ones, click "Actions" and select "Move to".
