How to merge several tickets

Deskun allows merging several tickets into a single one. To merge tickets, choose the ones you need and click "Actions" at the top right panel. Choose "Merge tickets" from the menu. 

In the appearing window choose the main ticket, and the content of other tickets will be added to it. Please note that you can not merge tickets from different channels, and the number of tickets merged should not exceed 100.

Be careful: after clicking “Merge”, the operation cannot be undone. It will take some time to merge the tickets, after that the ticket will appear in the list.
