Message template

A template is a predefined text or message that you can quickly recall when composing an email, replying to emails, or in an online chat with the client. In Deskun there are special tags for templets available:

  • {my_name} – the name of the agent that uses the template
  • {my_email} – the e-mail address of the agent that uses the template
  • {ticket_id} – the number of the ticket related to the conversation
