How to add a group or page VKontakte

With Deskun, you can connect a group or a public VK page to receive and process customer messages in a single interface.
To add a Vkontakte channel, go to your Control Panel, and if you have already created a project, click "Add channel". Select the type "Chat and messengers".



After you specify the channel name, select the option «VK».



Enter the ID or address of your Vkontakte group and click "Confirm access". To confirm access rights, you must be the administrator of this group. If you are already authorized under your Vkontakte account, you will be redirected to the page requesting access to community management and message management. Click "Allow" at the bottom right corner.



Then add agents (Step 3) that will process clients' messages on this channel, and complete the setup. In order for your customers to be able to send messages to your Vkontakte group, don't forget to enable messages in the group settings.



To unlink a Vkontakte page or group from Deskun, click on the VK icon inside the corresponding channel in your Control Panel.



In the channel editing window, click "Delete". Also in this window, you can change your VK group ID or URL.
