How to make a note

You can leave internal notes in a given client’s correspondence thread. This can be done in one of the following ways:

1. When responding to a ticket click the Note icon ()enter your message and click Send.

The text you sent turns into a note:


2. Deskun suggests you leave a note when assigning a ticket to another agent. In the ticket list, right-click the ticket, select "Assign to", choose the employee and click "also leave a note."
