How to pin a ticket above the list

In Deskun you can pin a ticket or several tickets above the list.

You can use it for tasks that require continuous implementation or to mark some important tickets. 

To pin a ticket, right-click on it in the ticket list, and choose "Pin":



Pinned ticket is displayed at the top of the ticket list:



To unpin a ticket, right-click on the ticket, and choose "Unpin". Also, the ticket is unpinned automatically, when you change its status to "Closed (resolved)".
