Ticket filters

In Deskun you can set up filtration to display certain tickets. To set a filter, press the filter icon   in the upper panel of the ticket list. In the pop-up window select one or several filter settings, then press "Apply".

You can select only new tickets, filter tickets by status, priority, time period, assignment, show or hide locked tickets. You can also select tickets that were moved from the specified channel.

Take into account that filter settings don't apply to ticket search.

To reset the filters, press the icon  again and press "Reset".
