Ticket status

Ticket status is the status of a customer request or a task. Deskun has the following ticket status:

  • Open is the default ticket status when it first appears in the system. It means the ticket is being processed.
  • Closed (resolved) means the request or task has been resolved successfully.
  • Closed (unresolved) status means the request or task hasn't been resolved.
  • Closed (waiting for answer) status is used for tickets that are pending response for a long time.
  • Snoozed status is used to remind oneself of the ticket after a certain time.
  • Pending review status means the task is resolved but needs approval to be closed.
