Channel

Channels are made to distribute customer requests and tasks within one project. You can add channels with types "Chat and messengers", "E-mail support" or "Task management".

Example

Let's take a large medical clinic with a Dentistry project. Inside the project, there can be several channels, e.g., Live Chat, E-mail queries, General tasks etc.

Limitations

  • One project cannot have two channels with the same name.
  • Channel name length cannot exceed 255 symbols.
